No returns for any reason after 10 days from the date of sale. We do not provide refunds. Returned items must not have signs of abuse or intentional damage. All returns are carefully inspected before issuing credits, or exchanges.

LED Grow lights used for a purpose other than which they were designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident are not covered.

Any returning package without a previous contact with us will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
